Hormonal Disorders

There are many types of hormonal disorders at every stage of life. Common symptoms include irregular, heavy, prolonged, or absent periods, as well as acne, hair loss, mood swings, or unexplained weight changes. We perform comprehensive hormone testing and develop an individualized treatment plan.

Fertility Treatment

Infertility and the desire for children is a particularly sensitive area in gynecological practice. It is important to counsel and treat both partners together. With our extensive experience in fertility diagnostics and treatment, we provide individualized care and work closely with fertility centers in the region when needed.

In addition to hormonal diagnostics, we offer surgical evaluation through hysteroscopy and assessment of tubal patency via laparoscopic chromopertubation.

Menopause and Hormone Therapy

Many of our patients are affected by hormonal changes during menopause. Dr. med. Giesche is a certified hormone and metabolic therapist who provides comprehensive counseling on all aspects of menopause management.

Endometriosis is a common condition where tissue similar to the uterine lining grows outside the uterus. We offer diagnosis and treatment of endometriosis and support you in family planning if needed.
